Rate. $225.00 per night. (3night minimum) A $250.00 security deposit reserves your

Reservation dates and is fully refundable 20 days after your departure provided the terms of this agreement have been satisfied.

Full payment must be received 14 days prior to your arrival date. When your check clears we will send you an acknowledgment, confirm your reservation dates and disclose the entry gate key lock code number. A host will not be present upon your arrival. Should assistance be required a representative can be reached by phone at 541-589-3481/503-771-9513.

Cancellations with less then 14 days notice, or early departures, do not warrant refunds.

Please include with your payment a signed rental agreement copy and if applicable a signed activity liability release by each head of house hold staying with us.

Rules, personal conduct and guests responsibility.

  1. No smoking in the home. Porch ok, use butt can, observes wild fire danger!
  2. Pets are welcome; however please clean up after your pets.
  3. Keys must be returned!
  4. We do not rent to minors, students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult parent or guardian.
  5. The security deposit may not be applied towards the rental payment.
  6. 6 Unit condition and its inventory returned in good order.
  7. No contraband, illegal drug use or excessive alcohol consumption allowed.
  8. All debris, rubbish and discards placed in dumpster.
  9. Renters and there guests not in conflict with local law enforcement.
  10. No refunds for weather related or natural events unless approved by owner.
  11. Monthly renters canceling there reservation, or changing there departure date must give 30 days notice to avoid penalty charge.
  12. No firearm discharging allowed.
  13. Keep gates closed at all times. (BLM open range lands)
  14. No maid service. Linen and bedding changes your responsibility.
  15. Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of security deposit.
  16. Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing.
  17. Stables must be cleaned and doors closed to prevent wind damage. Keep horses away from pond and off lawn.
  18. We have provided a recreational activity release form that must be signed by each guests that bring any personal recreational equipment (horses, atv's, motorcycles,etc.) weather motorized or not, prior to there arrival. Also provide a signed recreational activity release from each head of house hold or guardian of any minor child staying with you.
  19. By signing below, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this contract.

Miscellaneous Provisions and Survivability. If any provisions of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be stricken from this agreement and the remaining provisions of this agreement shall be enforced and enforceable as written. The party prevailing in any action related to the occupant of the house, or to enforce this agreement, or vindicate rights under this agreement shall be awarded its reasonable attorney fees and cost in said action with forum for said dispute heard in the circuit court of Harney County OR.

Guest along with all members of guest’s party staying at Diamond Crater Ranch, agree to comply with the policies as set forth in this agreement. Owner also reserves the right to terminate occupancy without refund should violations of the policies set forth in this agreement or occupancy limits accrued.
